I (Coach Meg) can tell you that I’ve experienced it ALL. I’ve used exercise as compensatory movement and tried following someone else’s rules only to get myself injured and unwell. I know the benefit movement has on my mental health, but those benefits were always negated by diet culture. AND, before I started strength training, I was so curious about it but could only commute to/afford one strength-based workout per week, which left me feeling unfulfilled.

That’s why Strong AF exists

It is NOT our fault that we have not used movement to serve us in the past. We grew up being told that movement was meant to PUNISH us! But TTM knows for a fact that movement can be a POWERFUL wellness enhancement when paired with body freedom based sessions, community, and mindset coaching. So here we are.

Want personalized attention AND friends to cheer you on? Then the Strong AF Semi- Private Program is for you. Get into a workout groove with a group of new (or old) friends, build up your mental wellness and strength, and reconnect with your body in the best way.

I’ve belonged to a lot of gyms and have had my share of trainers, but Meg is the first one I feel comfortable with to work out in shorts (hi, body dysmorphia). Not only is Meg a badass trainer that knows her stuff, but also she has been an incredible resource for intuitive eating, body image, and social (in)justice. Unlike other gym classes or workouts with trainers, her workouts are customized and challenging, and I don’t feel pressured to always do the hardest option with the heaviest weights.
