1. When can I sign up for a Strong AF subscription?

    • Registration for all three Strong AF programs opens up the last week of the month! We will always announce the opening over email and social media, so make sure you’re signed up for our email list and following our socials!

  2. What equipment do I need?

    • You’ll need a good internet connection, a soft surface upon which to move (like a mat) and WEIGHTS! We recommend having a few kettlebells or pairs of dumbbells between 10-30lbs, depending on your level. Need more help deciding what weights to buy? Drop us a line!

  3. Do I need to bring my own friends if I want to join Strong AF semi-private?

    • Only if you want to! We will set up semi-private groups depending on availability, so you can also use it as a means to make new workout friends!

  4. What do I do if I’m injured?

    • OO GRL please let Coach Meg know if you have ANY injuries or limitations at any time and we will provide you with alternative options for all the moves you need. We want all of our crew to get Strong AF safely!

  5. How many workouts do I get per week?

    • It depends on which program you sign up for!

      • Strong AF Selfie - You get three workouts per week - two through our coaching app and as many on demand classes as you want (we will suggest one at the beginning of each week if you need some guidance.)

      • Strong AF Semi-Private - You get one semi-private coaching session, one live class, and access to as many on demand classes as you so desire (we will suggest one at the beginning of each week if you need some guidance.)

      • Strong AF Level Up - Access to ALL THE WORKOUTS! You get one personal coaching session a week, access to one live group class a week, access to 2 workouts a week through our coaching app, AND unlimited access to our on demand workouts (we will suggest one at the beginning of each week if you need some guidance.)

  6. What is the cancellation or refund policy?

    • We strongly suggest you stick with your program for at least 3 months, but we know things come up in life so you are able to cancel whenever you like. As for refunds, we are not able to refund any money once the month gets underway (but if you need a charge back at the beginning of the month, let us know!)

  7. What does Strong AF accountability look like?

    • We aren’t here to make your workout schedule obsessive, but we also know that there are days when our crew doesn’t want to move or journal, even when they know it will be beneficial! So, we have accountability markers in place for those that want them!

      • Strong AF Buddy Program - We pair you with another Strong AF badass and you two communicate weekly, sharing journaling prompts, workout sched thoughts, and more.

      • Our Online Community — It exists for a reason! In here, we urge everyone to share journaling experiences, movement wins or struggles, and questions, comments, hopes, dreams, etc.

      • Monthly Checkins - Everyone has a way to check in with Coach Meg AT LEAST once a month! Need more accountability support from Coach Meg herself? COME THRU. She is always ready.
