I’ve belonged to a lot of gyms and have had my share of trainers, but Meg is the first one I feel comfortable with to work out in shorts (hi, body dysmorphia). Not only is Meg a badass trainer that knows her stuff, but also she has been an incredible resource for intuitive eating, body image, and social (in)justice. Unlike other gym classes or workouts with trainers, her workouts are customized and challenging, and I don’t feel pressured to always do the hardest option with the heaviest weights.

Also, I rate her playlists at 13/10 and dancing skills at 12/10 (+1 for prancing).
